There is a 15% withholding tax on interest earned. However, Ukraine has an expanding agreement of tax treaties with dozens of countries, reducing this rate to between 0% to 10% depending on the tax residence of the beneficial owner, for example :-

About the bank
In April 2006 after the acquisition deal of the 51% stake in JSCIB "UkrSibbank" by BNP Paribas international credit rating agencies Moody’s and Fitch Ratings increased the bank’s Eurobond ratings up to "Ba2" and "BB-" respectively. It is the 3rd largest bank in Ukraine.
