CEP Investment procedure

1. Carefully review the tax lien debt purchase investment disclosure prospectus.
2. To proceed with the CEP Debt investment plan :
   1. Application form.
   2. Copy of Passport /National Identification Card.
   3. Signed Accredited Investor Form or notify us you are a sophisticated investor
   4. Beneficiary - optional.
   5. If you want to receive regular interest payments :-
      • Complete the Direct Deposit, or
      • Notify CEP of the wire instructions for the payments.
   6. Early withdrawal form

4. CEP then draw up and send you a debt agreement, see sample.
